    While JetBlue hardly sets the pace for points earning and redemptions, they are a model in other respects. Such as their happy customer service reps.

    Me, I’ll stick with the legacies as long as they offer so much more.

    Not just JetBlue. Looks like UA, AA, US, DL all doing the same, to name a few.
