    Another shot in the foot for AirFrance/KLM.
    After the debacle of the “New and improved ” frequent flyer program through the disaster that pretends to be customer service when a flight gets delayed or cancelled it’s time for the group to get back to basics, stop wasting money on failed “ideas” and sort out it’s horrendous staff relations.
