    I was recently invited to participate in their customer focus group CAR program, and they had a very lengthy and detailed questionnaire on their loyalty program and which features would be most valuable. I don’t know what they will end up rolling out, but some of the ideas they floated were very interesting and I applaud them for going down this path.
