In all the discussions I’ve had with the various folks at jetBlue since the AYCJ event started this past September one question kept coming up: Will you do this again? They said “yes” in many ways, but none so explicit as that which came out of West Point, NY yesterday. There was a conference of sorts for jetBlue employees and one of the panel discussions featured seven of the AYCJers to discuss their experiences using the pass and crossing the continent on the carrier.
They all got cool model airplanes in jetBlue livery and they were also all apparently given free AYCJ passes for next year. I’m supremely jealous of both those gifts but also incredibly happy. Why? Because if they got free passes then that means there actually will be another AYCJ event next year. This is, by far, the most concrete indication of that and I’m ecstatic.
Looking forward to round two. I’ve already got some ideas to better take advantage this time around. 🙂
