Low and fast: Croatian Air Force pilot has some fun in training

Flying below the tree line over a drainage ditch? Yup, we’ve got that. Tight banking turns just for fun? That in here too. Flying UNDER the bridge instead of over it? Maybe I shouldn’t spoil the ending.

A Croatian Air Force pilot took a Pilatus PC-9 out for a spin recently and the video released of the flight is pretty incredible. Also, the guy is likely to get in trouble for this stunt, but it is still an incredible 3 minutes of flying.

  1. Super crazy and wow how dangerous.

I’ve got a private pilots license and I can say he’s definitely going over 150 knots. If I had to guess, I’d say he’s going between 180 and 220 knots. So call it in the ballpark of 200-250 mph.
