JetBlue goes binary with latest special livery

JetBlue is celebrating their new(ish) in-flight internet service with a special livery on one of their planes. The aircraft, nicknamed “CONNECTED TO 01000010 01001100 01010101 01000101” sports a whole bunch of ones and zeroes on the tail, plus markings from Excede (the internet provider) and Fly-Fi (their branding of the in-flight service).

There are some other photos and a video of it available from other spotters/AvGeeks:

I’m a fan, but that’s mostly just the geek in me.

  1. Did you notice that 01000010 01001100 01010101 01000101 is ASCII for BLUE? So this says Connected to Blue. A nice easter egg. Wonder who at Jetblue actually approved this.
