Re Brexit: Is it really certain that once Britain leaves the EU (without a deal), that Bermuda II ist automatically resurrected? I have read some opinions saying that when the US-EU open sky agreement went into force (with Britain beiing a member of the EU) all prior national flight rights agreement were superseded and cannot come back (automatically), even if the UK is no longer included in the US-EU open sky agreement. That would mean that once Britain crashes out of the EU, there would be no flight rights at all, unless the US and the UK agree to something. The same would apply to flights between the UK and the EU as well.
I’m not 100% sure of anything at this point. I’m not sure the folks running the process are either.
