JetBlue’s Toast to Mosaic Members

jetblue-mosaic-free-drinksCall it a win for travel technology. Now that JetBlue flight attendants have tablets with passenger information available the company is ready to up the on board benefits for its Mosaic customers. Passengers with the status will now receive free alcoholic beverages on board all flights. The benefit is set to be officially introduced in January according to my sources but flight attendants have been informed that they can begin to honor the new benefit immediately.

American, Delta and United all offer a cocktail to top elites in economy as well but JetBlue is doing it for all elites (though I suppose with only one tier it could also be seen as the top or bottom group, too). So in some sense JetBlue is just catching up to the others. But given the relatively low on board benefits Mosaic offers this is definitely a nice step forward for the program and the passengers.

  1. Bulleit and Grey goose are only available in Mint, right? I think the pic should be of the shwill they offer in the back.

Are you referring to the 5 beverage vouchers that UA gives when you reach Platinum? If not, how do I get a complimentary cocktail on UA Y as a Plat/ 1K/
